If recipe development is your passion, the Pork Summit is your chance to showcase your skills with pork. Competition begins at the state or regional level at Taste of Elegance competitions and is sponsored by state pork producer associations. Winners of these competitions win a trip to the Pork Summit, an exclusive educational weekend at the Culinary Institute of America’s Greystone Campus in St. Helena, CA, featuring Chef demos from pork Celebrated Chefs, farm to fork education, and an opportunity to work in the world famous teaching kitchens with Celebrated Chefs and foodservice trade media.
